These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes shall be submitted to the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.

Before registering as a Spark Protein member, you must read and agree to both the above Terms of Use and these Membership Terms (“Membership Terms”).
