We believe that protein can be layered with meaning, not just nutrition.
Since 2018, we’ve been on a journey to blend local terroir with functional performance —
grinding handpicked, premium Taiwanese tea leaves into ultra-fine powder,
then infusing it into our Spark Shake whey series and Plantiigood soy protein drinks.
This isn’t just tea-flavored protein.
It’s a flavor born from tea mountains, farmers, climate, and craft —
a landscape in every sip.
In Wuhe, Hualien, there’s a fourth-generation tea family who does just that.
Not only do they grow and process tea, they’ve also uncovered a hundred ways to bring it to life — from mille-feuille to bagels, their teas appear in the kitchens of top pastry chefs across Taiwan.
You may not know their name,
but if you’re a true tea lover, you’ve probably tasted their legacy —
in a dessert, a scoop of gelato, or a quiet moment at your favorite café.
Meet Vivian, the fourth-generation curator behind Wu Jian Cha Xin —
bringing Hualien’s tea to the world, one beautiful idea at a time.
For over 70 years, the Chen family has tended this mist-shrouded hillside, living in rhythm with the rain, fog, and forest.
From clearing the land to planting, fermenting, and crafting,
every step is a patient tug-of-war with time —
all to create tea that carries the soul of the mountain and the weight of the years.
