Return & Refund Policy

🛒 Online Store Orders

1. 7-Day Return Window
In accordance with local consumer protection laws, customers have a 7-day hesitation period from the date of delivery to request a return (excluding international/cross-border orders and "Last Chance" clearance items).

2. Please Record Unboxing
To help prevent disputes when returning defective items, we kindly ask you to take photos or video while unboxing, especially before removing product packaging. This helps confirm any damage wasn’t caused after delivery.

3. Returns Are Accepted If:
Please contact our Customer Support with photo/video proof if your item shows any of the following issues upon arrival:

  • Severely damaged or incomplete packaging

  • Mold, moisture damage, or foreign objects

  • Product does not match label or order

  • Expired product or unclear manufacturing/expiry dates

4. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition, including all packaging, freebies, receipts, and invoices

  • You must ship the item back within 7 business days after submitting the return request

  • If we are unable to reach you during the return process, the request will be automatically canceled and cannot be resubmitted

5. Where to Return
We only accept returns for items purchased from:

  • The official Spark Protein website

  • The Spark Protein Concept Store

For items purchased through other retailers or platforms, please contact the original seller directly.


🏬 In-Store Purchases

1. No 7-Day Return for In-Store Sales
According to consumer protection laws, in-store purchases are not eligible for the 7-day hesitation period. All sales are final unless the product is:

  • Severely damaged or incomplete

  • Moldy, damp, or contains foreign objects

  • Mismatched with the product label

  • Missing or has unclear expiry/manufacturing date

2. Return Conditions (In-Store)
Returned items must include all original components:

  • Outer/inner packaging, product, freebies, and receipt

  • Must be returned to the Spark Protein Concept Store within 7 business days after your return request

3. For Faster Service
To avoid wait times, we recommend contacting our online Customer Support first for a pre-check before bringing the product to the store.

4. In-Store Returns Only Apply to In-Store Purchases
Returns at the Concept Store are only accepted for items purchased at that location. All others must be processed through their original point of purchase.


💳 Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item arrives at our warehouse and is verified. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email.

  • Refunds cover the product amount only. Any discount codes used on the original order will not be reissued.

  • Credit Card/Online Payment: Refunds take 7–14 business days, depending on your provider.

  • ATM Refund (Taiwan only): Processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned item. Interbank transfer fees (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount.


🚚 Shipping Fee Adjustments

If your original order qualified for free shipping (e.g., over NT$799) but after a return the remaining order value drops below the threshold, we will deduct the standard shipping fee from your refund.

Note: If promotional free-shipping thresholds were applied to your original order, shipping fee recalculations will be based on those promotional terms.
